DELIVERY
 
Stock items will normally be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of acceptance of an order, which will be confirmed via email. We will send you another email with the unique tracking number once the item has been dispatched. If your order is urgent, please send us a note and we will confirm the earliest delivery possible.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Wowwlook shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Returns
 
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 working days of  receipt, provided the goods are in a saleable condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

We recommend that you return items by Registered Mail. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transport.

If the products are in a saleable condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding the cost of postage and stamping.

However, if we believe that the product has been used or it has been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Faulty and damaged items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable time frame after delivery and there will be a full refund of the full purchase price of the product including postage and stamping.

How to return items

If you wish to return a product, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Send a completed Contact Us form on our website or email us at

a) Order number
b) Item code
c) Reason for return

Step 2. We will send you an email confirmation of your intended return. Please do not dispatch any item until you receive this confirmation.

Step 3. Please attach your proof of purchase (email copy of order confirmation) and pack the item (s) you wish to return in its original, undamaged packaging.

Non-Returnable Products:  For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept Earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please send your items at the following address.
